Songbeat 360 is a program that will let you search for, listen to, and download music.
This application runs on the Adobe AIR component. If you do not have installed it yet, Songbeat’s installer will do it for you.
Songbeat 360 allows you to search for any song in its database. After a few seconds, it will display a list with all the songs it found matching your query (name, artist, time, bit rate). If you double-click on any entry, the program will play it. If you like the song, you can download it by dragging and dropping its title over the "Library" folder. The song will be downloaded to a folder in your computer.
When you search for a theme or artist, you will see a button - "Discover this Artist" - that will give you access to information about a musician or band. You will be able to see the booklets of their CDs, as well as their biography and discography.
The program is free, but they will charge you for every search and download. When you install the program, you will have 25 credits in your account. Each search will cost you a credit. Once you run out of credits, you can buy credit packages online. Keep in mind that you will be paying for the service, not the songs - if you download copyrighted material, you will be still infringing the law.
